Compensation: $180,000-$225,000 + bonus

We are representing an Application Integration and Engineering Director to join its team based in New York, NY. This individual will develop, oversee, and coordinate technology and operations while being a key member of the technology and data team.
Highlights About the Company & Position:
- Maintain end-to-end accountability and overall delivery excellence.
- You will be focused on improving and optimizing the operational processes.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver projects throughout the given service line or function.
- Be the Azure cloud , C# & .NET subject matter expert.
- Define and deliver KPI’s and reports.
- Manage and lead complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization.
- Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy.
- Implement and manage delivery with teams.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 15 + years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience with Azure Cloud required.
- Microsoft certified in Azure Architect preferred.
- Microsoft engineering experience is preferred.
- Experience in application development platforms and/or languages.
- Increased experience with a wide range of software architectures, platforms and tools.
