Job Overview – Customer Success Manager (Hybrid):
Take on the role of Customer Success Manager with our client in Bergen County, NJ, managing the full life cycle of new accounts and ensuring a smooth client experience from prospect to account management. You’ll collaborate with portfolio managers and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems.

Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000/year + bonus
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Customer Success Manager:

  • Account Management: Oversee the full life cycle of new account processes, from prospect stage to client engagement, including preparation of account documents.
  • Client Interaction: Work directly with prospective and existing clients to open new accounts, modify existing ones, and provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Client Support: Assist portfolio managers in researching and resolving client inquiries.
  • Data Management: Manage client data in portfolio management and CRM software.
  • Operational Support: Provide support to the Operations Managers and Chief Compliance Officer.

Qualifications for the Customer Success Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience from a Registered Investment Advisor or Wealth Management Platform.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Advent APX or Moxy is a plus (not required).
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of equities and fixed income.
