Job Overview – Cost Accounting Manager
In the role of Cost Accounting Manager, you will lead our cost accounting operations, ensuring the financial health of our organization. This is a critical role that carries significant responsibility, but it's also one that offers incredible growth and visibility within the company.
Compensation: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 + bonus
Location: Bucks County, PA – Hybrid (4 days a week in office)
Responsibilities as the Cost Accounting Manager include:
- Lead the cost accounting function and supervise one senior cost accountant, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data
- Play a key role in supporting plant operations, offering critical insights to improve efficiencies and cost control
- Collaborate with our finance leadership to drive cost-saving strategies and contribute to the financial success of our organization
Qualifications for the Cost Accounting Manager include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing accounting
- Experience in a manufacturing or production-related industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
