Job Overview – Coordinator, HR & DEI:
Are you passionate about fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace? Our client is seeking a dedicated Coordinator, HR & DEI to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will craft impactful written communications and support the Community and DE&I teams on various global projects.

Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $30 – $35/hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Coordinator, HR & DEI:

  • Administrative Lead: Oversee the global internal employee portal for volunteering and giving, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Develop internal communications and content to promote Community programs and address employee inquiries.
  • Global Community Ambassador Program: Manage logistics, including distribution lists, monthly meetings, internal webpages, and data collection.
  • Sabbatical Leave Program: Oversee the applicant review process, draft sabbatical stories, and create content to promote the program.
  • Employee Resource Groups: Support by running reports, managing internal webpages, performing data analysis, and writing DE&I communications.

Qualifications for the Coordinator, HR & DEI:

  • Education: B.S./B.A. with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Skills: Strong written communication, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, data analysis, process improvement, and project management.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
