Title: Assistant Controller
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA
Atlantic Group is representing an exciting Assistant Controller opportunity with a privately owned construction company. This is a soup to nuts role for an individual that will ideally have their goal to become Controller in the next few years. Key responsibilities will include preparing journal entries, AP & AR duties, balance sheet account reconciliations, and supporting financial analysis using accounting principles. The ideal candidate must have drive, a well-organized work ethic, and a sophisticated set of excel skills.

- Will work side by side with the owner/founder of the company
- Assists Division Controller with overseeing day-to-day functions of the divisional corporate accounting group
- Position offers the opportunity to build out own staff overtime; allowing the ability to showcase supervisory skills

- 100% onsite schedule – 5 days a week in office
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance from an accredited school
- 3+ years of experience; adept at multiple aspects of accounting AP/AR/Payroll
- Must understand job costing, estimates, credit applications, and invoicing
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Quickbooks required
