Currently seeking a Full Time Compensation Analyst in Malvern, PA. This role requires strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Analyze, enhance and implement compensation programs including, but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tools

  • Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on compensation information/data, to assist management in effective decision making

  • Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, creative, and proactive compensation solutions that are consistent with the organization's overall strategies

  • Perform job evaluation, market pricing, and ad-hoc compensation analyses

  • Execute merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processes

  • Review and approve proposed compensation adjustments for compliance/adherence to established guidelines, policies, and practices

  • Evaluate programs and review trends, changes in legislation/regulation, and/or advancements in technology to make recommendations for changes and improvements

  • Assist with participation and analysis of global or local compensation surveys

  • Manage monthly headcount reporting and personnel cost reconciliation

  • Coordinate personnel cost development, budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts

Experience You'll Need:

  • 2 – 4 Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • UltiPro, TM1 and SAP experience preferred

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills
