Compensation: $95,000-$100,000 + bonus

Location: Remote

Global Design Agency is seeking for a Compensation Financial Analyst to join the team. The Compensation Analyst will work closely with the Head of Compensation and HR Business Partners teams to support and improve compensation-related processes and programs. This position will respond to day-to-day compensation and reporting requests, help execute the year-end bonus and salary increase processes, and participate in compensation industry surveys.

Highlights About the Company & Position:

  • Provide support in administering and maintaining company-wide compensation programs..
  • Leads the participation in external compensation surveys.
  • Conduct various annual reviews including, internal equity, merit movement, and other metrics for analyses as appropriate.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide detailed market analysis on jobs and incumbents.
  • Will assist in the communication, implementation, and administration of R/GA’s compensation programs, including job matching, salary surveys, merit planning, reporting and compliance.
  • Will maintain a comprehensive database of compensation and people analytics ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
  • Create ad-hoc reports, compensation modeling, and analysis as necessary for other areas in HR.
  • This position may also be assigned special compensation project work to support certain tactical business initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • 1-3+ years relevant experience in the areas of merit pay programs, incentive an external salary surveys.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • HRIS knowledge, PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication both verbal and written skills.
  • Computer proficiency; knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
