The Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for a Commercial Service Manager with phenomenal growth potential. Our client is a HVAC Contractor focusing on commercial and residential projects in the greater Washington DC-Baltimore areas. The Commercial Service Manager will oversee all types of commercial equipment, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead service teams to triumphant outcomes. The ideal Commercial Service Manager will be dedicated to fostering a positive company culture and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures completion of all commercial preventative maintenance contracts, commercial service projects, etc.
- Manages service operation team, project managers, and accounts within the business, including project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring seamless service order execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, fostering a secure work environment for all team members
- Train and mentor field technicians.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of management and field experience.
- Experience managing HVAC Service Division.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers and employees.
- A desire for long-term commitment and enthusiasm to contribute to the company's continued success.
