Atlantic Group is representing a Commercial Lines Client Account Manager opportunity with an insurance firm in Jacksonville. The Commercial Lines Account Manager must provide top customer service to new and current clients.  The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills.

Compensation: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00
Location: Duval County, FL – hybrid/remote option

Responsibilities as the Commercial Lines Client Account Manager include:

  • Guide clients through insurance processes, research claims issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with them to ensure accuracy in applications submitted to insurance carriers
  • Execute account changes, policy transfers, and new policy creation using established procedures and technical workflows
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and records of client policies and activities following established processes
  • Navigate diverse information sources, collect necessary data, and input data into relevant systems
  • Prepare insurance renewals and ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary information for client meetings
  • Cross-sell various products to existing clients to enhance account coverage.

Requirements for the Commercial Lines Client Account Manager include:

  • Previous experience in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance strongly preferred, must have experience within Trucking industry
  • Must speak both English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Possession of a 440 or 220 Florida Insurance license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly grasp new systems, with experience in AMS360 considered advantageous
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including daily prioritization and logical thinking
  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and effectively resolving issues while adhering to deadlines
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within teams
  • Must live in Florida
