Position Overview – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst:
Join our client's innovative team as a Cloud Identity and Management Engineer, specializing in Directory Services, Identity and Access Management, and Windows Server within a cloud environment. Lead complex troubleshooting, collaborate with business leaders, and implement robust security measures.
Compensation: $135,000.00 – $150,000.00
Location: Austin, Texas – Remote
Responsibilities as the Cloud Identity and Management Engineer include:
- Providing advanced design and engineering for Directory Services, Identity and Access Management, Windows Server, and automation/scripting
- Leading complex troubleshooting and incident resolution events
- Consulting with business leaders to develop and implement solutions
- Designing and implementing system security requirements under Information Security standards
- Creating and updating operating procedures and processes
- Monitoring, maintaining, and executing security measures for cloud systems
- Managing and optimizing enterprise identity infrastructure, including Azure Active Directory and more
- Integrating new organizations into existing directories and IAM solutions
- Staying compliant with industry security standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years of recent, hands-on experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
- 10-15 years of experience in Windows, Systems, and Network administration
- 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Preferred certifications: MCSA, MCSE, Azure, AWS, and ITIL
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of core Microsoft cloud technologies and services related to Identity
- Strong foundation in Systems Administration principles, automation, change management, and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory design, implementation, and support
- Experience with Directory Federation Services (ADFS/Okta/PingOne) and public cloud services
- Knowledge of certificate management services: PKI, CA, AD CS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Mobile Access Management (Intune)
- Ability to integrate new organizations into existing directories and IAM solutions
