Compensation: $105,000 – $150,000 + bonus
Location: New York City
The Atlantic Group is representing an Accounts Payable Manager opportunity for a not-for-profit organization. The role will oversee the AP team, manage invoices, and process payments. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days from home.
Highlights About the Company & Position:
- Perform daily tasks, including reconciliations, system maintenance, and daily reports
- Participate in all aspects of the CLO monthly reports process
- Assist in closing, effective date processes, and reconciling quarterly payment reports
- Process and submit daily amendments approval
- Compile monthly & quarterly data and participate in analysis projects provided by the CLO operations team
- Update any missing asset attribute on the system and follow up with the trustees and WSO
- Assist in ad-hoc requests and team projects
Requirements:
- Experience with CLO operations
- Basic understanding of reading and interpreting indentures is a plus
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
