In this hybrid position, you will play a crucial role in supporting an independent investment advisor team. You’ll assist with providing top-notch investment advisory and financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives.

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $65,000 – 75,000/year + bonus
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Client Service Administrator:

  • Account Management: Prepare account opening paperwork and ongoing maintenance documents for clients, including account applications and transfer of assets paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support in investment advisory and financial planning areas.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materials for advisor meetings.

Qualifications for the Client Service Administrator:

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: Administrative experience processing detailed information.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
