Title: CFO
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000
The Atlantic Group is looking for a CFO to join our client, a leading nonprofit real estate developer that focuses on mixed-use projects to benefit their constituency. As their CFO, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, driving its’ sustainability and growth. This hybrid role, based in Minneapolis, MN, offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance efforts.
Highlights about the Company and Position:
- Team is extremely collaborative and passionate about contributing to the organization’s mission.
- CFO will develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Role will provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team (6 total reports), fostering professional development.
- Position will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- CFO will be expected to deliver key reports and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hybrid work schedule – 3 days a week onsite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years public and/or industry experience.
- Nonprofit and/or real estate exposure is a plus.
- Grant Management experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey financial information to various stakeholders.
