Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000

Location: Montgomery County, PA

 

We are representing a Business Office Accountant with an employer in the education industry located in Montgomery County, PA.

 

Highlights about the Company and Position:

  • Diverse, academic community of students, faculty, and staff
  • Responsibilities include owning and running the annual set-up of deposits, tuition, and incidental expense management, preparing and posting accounts receivable activities, and maintaining an up-to-date report of students, their tuition, financial aid, remission, and write offs
  • Will work alongside CFO, Accounting Manager, and other staff members
  • Room for growth to become Manager
  • Work day ends at 4pm daily and 330pm during the summer

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting required
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills are essential, including Microsoft Excel
