Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of the products and services to properly promote them
  • Implement outreach plans, strategies, and tactics to increase the client base
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Build a sales pipeline to ensure continuous achievement of monthly revenue targets
  • Document and manage all sales activities, follow-ups with clients and prospects and generate
  • reports to reflect the quantity and quality of sales activities
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to develop detailed sales campaigns which will drive leads and thought leadership in the market
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, attend and promote events
  • Facilitate and assist the operations team with reception management and client requests



  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales / business development role required
  • Experience in hospitality preferred, but open to other experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce) required
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
