Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support program supervisors, ensuring effective documentation of regular supervision.
- Ensure staff and supervisors meet annual training requirements, providing necessary support to both clients and staff.
- Oversee caseloads, performance evaluations, and corrective actions for staff and supervisors.
- Manage Resource Homes and case management services, establishing and enforcing program operation policies.
- Monitor compliance with Department of Human Services (DHS) performance and state standards.
- Review case files to ensure alignment with agency, county, and state regulations.
- Conduct scheduled meetings and random case reviews to ensure quality services within program timelines.
- Provide guidance to workers in the absence of supervisors.
- Be available for on-call emergencies.
- Foster relationships with CUA, County, and State representatives.
- Participate in recruitment and community presentations.
- Attend networking and information meetings on behalf of the program.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Must be comfortable performing office-based work with field/community visits, attending court, visitation, and teaming events, and maintaining rotating on-call availability.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
