Job Overview:
As an Audit Partner, you will have the opportunity to manage existing client engagements, take ownership of an existing book of business, and actively participate in business development efforts to expand the client portfolio.
Compensation:
This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $225,000 to $350,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses are also available.
Responsibilities:
Assuming a pivotal position as a Audit Partner, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following —
- Managing and overseeing existing client engagements, ensuring high-quality audit services
- Taking ownership of an existing book of business and cultivating strong client relationships
- Actively participating in business development activities to grow the client portfolio
- Providing strategic guidance to clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of financial services regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and value-added services
Qualifications:
To fulfill the criteria for the Audit Partner role, the following qualifications are expected —
- Extensive experience in auditing within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge and exposure to broker-dealer, hedge fund, private equity (PE), fund of funds, and asset management clients
- Track record in business development, with the ability to bring in new clients and expand existing relationships
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients
- CPA or other relevant professional certifications preferred
