Title: Associate Controller
Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 + bonus
Location: Chester County, PA
Atlantic Group seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Controller to join our client’s team. As a crucial member of our client’s finance department, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical accounting, collaborating with leadership, and contributing to our strategic financial operations. This role brings a unique opportunity to engage in a strategic and project-oriented position. Your supervision role will be more indirect, managing a small team of six individuals under the Corporate Controller.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with a strong combination of financial and accounting roles.
- CPA required.
- Big 4 Senior Manager experience is welcomed.
- Previous exposure to manufacturing or inventory-based industries is preferred.
- Proven technical accounting skills and familiarity with SAP+ software.
