Job Overview:
The Associate Advisor has a crucial role in providing comprehensive investment solutions to high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutions. Key Responsibilities:
As a Associate Advisor, you will assume a pivotal role where your primary responsibilities will encompass the following —
- Collaborating with the Investment Team and Senior Advisors to prepare marketing materials, personalized investment proposals, and reports
- Assisting with post-client-meeting follow-ups, including client onboarding documentation and the client intake process
- Maintaining up-to-date client data in the contact management system and contact database for reporting, scheduling, tracking, and marketing purposes
- Acting as a liaison with clients’ and the firm’s network of business professionals, such as accountants, attorneys, and other specialized advisors and service partners, as necessary
- Creating and managing client files, preparing client forms and reports, and handling correspondence requested by the firm’s Advisors
- Working closely with the financial planning and reporting team to create customized financial plans and portfolio reports tailored to each client
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Associate Advisor role, you should have —
- Four-year degree from a regionally accredited institution (Bachelor of Science preferred)
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to long-term client relationships
- Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial personality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and high ethical standards
- Mental flexibility to work independently and collaboratively
