Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 + bonus

The Atlantic Group is representing an Assistant Controller opportunity. This role will collaborate with the investment team to oversee the accounting and reporting of various properties. This is a hybrid position.
Highlights About the Company & Position:
- Manage the quarterly accounting, accounts payable, and capital activity processes.
- Ensure process control narratives are maintained up to date.
- Oversee the administrator.
- Review accounting real time to help expedite the quarterly reporting process.
- Collaborate with the administrator and team on the year end audit.
- Work with team to respond to investor requests in a timely fashion.
- Be proactive in streamlining current processes.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience working in public or private accounting required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field (GPA 3.5+).
- Experience working in Real Estate investing, REIT, preferred.
- CPA preferred.
