Technically-savvy and detail-oriented administrator wanted! We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Eddystone, PA. In this role you will develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system and network for all project documents.
- Accurately retrieves plans from internet sites, emails, CDs to use for estimating, detailing, and sales.
- Saves and organizes all retrieved information electronically in File Cabinet Structure.
- Prints drawings and documents as requested by estimating, detailing, and sales in a timely manner.
- Scans hard copies when received to save electronically and print.
- Maintains a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
- Assists engineering with other miscellaneous duties as necessary.
- High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in an office setting
- Must have proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
