  • Work with the Project Manager and functional leads to ensure testing scenarios are created in accordance with project quality standards.
  • Guide the customer to define business processes and map test scenarios to business processes in preparation for testing as needed
  • Ensure entry and exit criteria are met for each test cycle.
  • Serve as the overall Testing Consultant responsible for testing administration, testing tools, testing preparation, status updates, and overall incident reporting.
  • Execute Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, and HR test scenarios by staging Workday transactions.
  • Work with the Project Manager and functional leads to ensure all test scenarios are executed and results documented in each cycle: unit testing, end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Document test incidents, escalate and report test defects, and ensure incidents are resolved and retested as appropriate.
  • Prepare final reports after each test phase is completed – unit testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, parallel testing, regression testing and performance testing.
  • Support the development of testing training materials as required.
  • Escalates issues and risks as needed.




  • 1-2 years of experience in testing and test methodologies, including the development of testing strategies and plans, test plan execution, and testing management
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Workday implementations preferred
  • Experience testing or working with HRIS/Payroll Systems – Workday preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation. Payroll knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to process HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation Workday transactions.
  • Previous experience on technology implementation projects
  • Strong customer service ethic delivering with a sense of urgency and handling confidential information discreetly.
