VP, Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager for its global credit business – this person will work directly for the CAO on strategic initiatives and special projects for the group.




  • Define project scope, objectives, requirements and deliverables. Build timelines, create documentation, and set project milestones
  • Track and manage issues, ensure resolution of identified open items and timeliness of deliverables
  • Lead meetings and take notes to hold stakeholders accountable for action items
  • Document all workflow and system solutions and create user guides
  • Conduct post implementation review and rollout training
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for senior management to facilitate efficient decision making; frequent debriefing on critical items
  • Provide strategic support to senior management on firm-wide initiatives
  • Assist with implementing global policies and procedures, and streamline processes and controls
  • Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist in driving efficiencies across key business units, quickly and objectively diagnose challenges, anticipate outcomes, and propose innovative solutions




  • 9+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Advent Geneva experience required
  • Experience with bank debt, bonds, CLO equity, structured products, and other fixed income products
  • Extensive experience with fund administrators
  • Experience with Vizio and/or PowerPoint a plus
  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx or Tableau a plus
