Responsibilities

 

  • Support product developers in the design, industrial implementation and launch follow up of products renovation for cost optimization purpose.
  • Execute benchtop work, for example, fruit mixing
  • Set up tasting session for the team and collect feed backs
  • Collect and analyze data (basic statistical treatment) from pilot, industrial trials, and launch follow up
  • Coordinates logistics for raw material and samples delivery/acquisition
  • Support ingredient and finished product and process documentations (specifications, food safety documents…), as well as nutrition facts labeling – data entry in system, specifications routing for approval, etc.

 

Requirements

 

  • Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree (Food science or microbiology)
  • Manual dexterity, desire and ability to perform benchwork ensuring 100% food safety and no contamination
  • Ability to learn and apply Good Manufacturing Practices to assure food safety of prototypes executed
  • Computer skills (MS Office).
