Temporary Personal Assistant

Greenwich, CT

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide Personal Assistant support to the Founder and CEO as well as his wife and their four adult children
  • Manage personal and professional calendars
  • Assist with personal work including but not limited to purchasing theater and show tickets, scheduling personal appointments, making restaurant reservations, etc.
  • Draft correspondence for events and charities as needed
  • Liaise with the family’s private bookkeeper, executive assistant and IT representative on any necessary matters
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects
  • Liaise with real estate agents regarding showings
  • Coordinate repair work as needed
  • Communicate with current tenants to ensure rent is paid on time, property is in good order, etc.
  • Manage wine allotments and distribution requests on a daily basis
  • Track inventory via our online inventory system and liaise with our offsite wine storage vendor regularly
  • Manage inventory in person onsite at the residence

 

Requirements

 

  • A. or B.S. degree
  • 3-5+ years of personal assistant experience
  • Sensitivity to confidential information is a requirement for this role
  • Advanced MS Office experience
  • Project coordination skills a plus
  • Extremely flexible attitude with the ability to be available at night and on weekends as necessary
