Responsibilities

 

  • Standard run the business (ad hoc requests, HRIS system updates, etc.)
  • Employee relations
  • General recruiting
  • Compensation analytics, managing annual review process
  • Employee handbook revision
  • Vacation policy conversion
  • Open Enrollment communications and support

 

Requirements

 

  • HR Generalist experience in relevant industries, with ability to operate with limited oversight/direction (ideally in financial services, real estate, private equity, comparable industries)
  • Ultipro experience a plus
