Temporary Benefits Analyst

Sunnyvale CA

Responsibilities

 

  • Support employee Benefits function with various administrative activities
  • Process various benefits reimbursements and interact with payroll and external vendors.
  • Provide customer service support to employees with benefits questions or issues
  • Work with our vendors to resolve employee questions related to FSA and COBRA
  • Work with internal Procurement and AP teams and external benefits vendors to resolve purchase order and invoicing/payment issues
  • Resolve 401(k) participant data errors, respond to service requests, and answer employee questions.

 

Requirements

 

  • Workday experience is a plus but not required
  • Must have good Excel and Google Suite skills (Gmail, G-drive, G-doc… etc.)
  • 1-2 years employee benefits experience (highly preferred)
  • 1-2 years vendor management experience (preferred)
