Temporary Associate Director, Customer Engagement Strategy

  • Generate insights and subsequent strategies based on available data.
  • Explain relevance and interpretation of the data and what it means in a practical sense to the business
  • Identifying the key types of data, both internal and external, that will potentially augment our interactions and relationships with our customers
  • Determining types of data that may need to be created or synthesized to address business goals
  • Support in the development of the Strategic vision and design of the overall program/function
  • Lead department collaboration with the team of data scientists to integrate or create desired data sets, discover potential relationships between otherwise disparate data




  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
  • 7+ years in biotech/pharma commercial role or 4+ years in management consulting (post-MBA/PhD) with meaningful experience in biotech/pharma and marketing
  • MBA with a combination of 4 or more years of experience with both analytics and/or HCP marketing, biotech/pharma consulting background experience
