Responsibilities

 

  • Full life cycle recruiting/talent partnership – Sourcing, assessing, partnering with, and closing candidates. You will be responsible for representing the client’s brand as we continue to grow.
  • Relationship building – You will build relationships with hiring managers, the recruiting team, and candidates to deliver a great experience to all participants.
  • Data analysis and process improvement – the company is data driven. You are too! You’ll help lead data collection and analysis to improve our hiring processes end to end.
  • Mentorship and collaboration – We have a growing Recruiting team. We bounce ideas off each other, partner on searches and share thoughts. Being a standout colleague is key!

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • A mix of both corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for Software Engineering Professionals
  • Technical familiarity (e.g. understand the difference between Java and Javascript)
