Responsibilities

 

  • Request for Corporate Security Screens
  • Synchronize interview calendars with manager and interview group
  • Set up candidate travel
  • Generates offer packets (letter and appropriate NDA)
  • Commences employment screening requests
  • Monitors and reviews employment screening results while partnering with Recruiter, HRBP, and/or Security/Legal as needed
  • Initiates pre-boarding activities
  • Communicates to new hire about expectations upon offer acceptance
  • Monitors pre-boarding activities to ensure completion in a timely fashion
  • Closes out job requisitions in talentHUB

 

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with project coordination, recruiting coordination, and/or admin experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
