Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle the logistics correlated with managing candidate interviews, involving scheduling and confirmation phone calls. This consists of arranging copies of candidate resumes and appropriate interview documentation for Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers.
  • Offer timely communication to internal and external candidates advising on status
  • Oversee timely communication with recruiters and interview teams concerning status of requests
  • Back marketing proposals and Talent Acquisition Programs (i.e. internship programs, campus recruitment initiatives)
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists to understand company’s recruitment process and Human Resources department as a whole
  • Must be flexible to accommodate greeting or escorting candidates outside of normal working hours of 9 – 5

 

Requirements

 

  • Appropriate work experience or comparable accreditation.
  • Solid relationship management and interactive skills with the capacity to effectively work in partnership with colleagues
  • Demonstrated customer focus and strong action orientation
  • Proficiency with Technology : Workday, Microsoft Office Suite
