Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

 

  • Providing operational support to the Talent Acquisition department with the primary area of focus on supporting the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting function.
  • Organize, prepare and schedule onsite and phone interviews for all divisions.
  • Schedule Roundtables and Debriefs with the team; collect candidate feedback.
  • Sending general correspondence to candidates.
  • Coordination of travel arrangements and reimbursement expenses for candidates.
  • Entering confidential data related to candidates and requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo Business Edition).

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of two (2) year of HR or Recruiting experience
  • Prior experience with travel coordination and calendar management
  • Customer Service/Can Do Attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products
  • Experience with MS Outlook Calendar
  • Experience using any Applicant Tracking System
