Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews for the organization at the direction of the program manager
  • Draft offer letters and issue once approved
  • Assure candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
  • Assist with candidate review and screening as required
  • Assist with the preparation of reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Assist with coordination of temporary staffing needs (submittals through on boarding)
  • Assist with external candidates from Partners of the program (interviews and offers)
  • Basic sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn (as time allows)
  • Conduct reference checks on final candidates if requested
  • Assist with new hire onboarding documentation

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelors’ or Associates degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Up to two years’ work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Strong Calendar management
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Ability to take initiative, seek guidance and act independently, but also a strong and flexible team player
  • MS office Suite required
