Staff Accountant

We are representing an independent global private equity advisory firm. The Funds invest in five growth sectors: Tech & Telco, Consumer, Healthcare, Services and Digital.





  • Monitor cash balances and execute initial steps in funds transfer
  • Prepare month end accruals and prepayment journals
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Answer all vendor inquiries
  • Preparation of invoice to bill clients for Fees and Expense reimbursements
  • Assist in management process of expense reporting and work with administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely submission
  • Support quarterly financial close by validating actual results and providing commentary on variances to budget/forecast
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses of accounts
  • Facilitate information flow from the US and other offices to ensure timely recording and reporting of information
  • Provide financial support to non-finance departments located in the US office
  • Perform filing and copying
  • Other activities defined from time to time to support the wider finance and operations teams





  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Organized, flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously and remotely in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Very high attention to detail, with a reputation for producing consistent, clear and reliable outputs
  • Excellent/advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using Infor Sun systems a plus
