Sr. WorkDay Analyst

  • Manage HRIS systems, processes and databases.
  • Examine, test, apply and support HR tools, applications and systems.
  • Plan, document, implement and oversee HRIS systems security and corrections processes.
  • Works collaboratively with HRIS vendors to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Plans and develops processes, reports, and automation.
  • Promotes quality, compliance management, and process improvements using the various tools and guidance.
  • Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (favored)
  • Experience supporting Workday HRIS atmosphere.
  • Benefits and absence experience a necessity; payroll and time highly desired.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes.
