Sr. Compensation Analyst

Cambridge, MA



  • Partake in Company-wide compensation ventures. This position will be responsible for recognizing all aspects of the project and organizing resources to complete activities within prescribed timelines. May complete or provide guidance to others on project activities, including project planning, data modeling and analysis, preparing communications, developing alternatives for solutions, and drafting and presenting recommendations.
  • Assess and provide compensation recommendations for business unit, including job offers, job leveling, promotions and adjustments. Ensure recommendations are aligned to the company’s compensation pay philosophy and strategy.
  • Partner, collaborate and knowledge share effectively with other compensation team members, as well as the People Services, Talent Acquisition and HRBP professionals.




  • Bachelor’s degree required with preference in Business, Accounting, Mathematics or Finance
  • 5 – 7 years in Monetary or Analytically concentrated role.
  • Biotechnology/pharmaceutical experience ideal.
  • CCP certification is extremely advantageous in a numerical field
