  • Document the functions and features of the product
  • Create training manuals for the online training library
  • Manage the documents and recorded trainings in the learning management system
  • Train the associates assigned for the district
  • Plan and execute client training
  • Train internal staff and clients on the product
  • Work with clients to implement the software
  • Provide support to clients after implementation





  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience working in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
