  • Provide administrative and clerical support to department
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Assist with processing client needs in accordance with company objectives and procedures
  • Process client service requests and submit information to the appropriate insurance companies
  • Assist in renewal processing
  • Solicit renewal applications
  • Issue renewal binders and invoices
  • Maintain and update electronic account lists
  • Complete regulatory filings
  • Assist in training other employees at management’s request
  • Follow agency procedures and insurance company regulations
  • Provide phone assistance for department and company







  • Degree heavily preferred
  • Someone with wealth advisory exposure is heavily preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outgoing personality
  • 1-2 years of experience
