Job Overview – Senior Tax Analyst

This newly created position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced tax professionals, contribute to M&A activities, and play a key role in the company's tax function.
Location: New Castle County, DE – Hybrid
Compensation: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 + bonus
Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Analyst include:
- Assist the Tax Provision Manager in preparing federal and international tax provisions.
- Support US tax compliance efforts, including preparing and reviewing tax returns.
- Contribute to M&A activities by conducting due diligence and assisting with tax structuring.
- Participate in special projects related to tax planning, research, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions.
Requirements of the Senior Tax Analyst include:
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
- Strong background in tax provision; experience with international tax compliance is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
