Senior Tax Accountant/Tax Manager

Greenwich, CT



  • Prepare tax workpapers and allocations for Fund Partnership K-1s, 1065s and state returns
  • Prepare blocker/splitter entity tax returns
  • Prepare quarterly estimated tax filings for blocker corps
  • Respond to tax notices from IRS and state taxing authorities
  • Maintain up to date fund tax basis workpapers as transactions occur and prepare quarterly tax estimates for limited partners as requested
  • Assist with preparation of 1099-DIV/1042 reporting for portfolio companies and blocker entities
  • Coordinate with portfolio companies on tax treatment of distributions




  • 4 – 5 years of experience in tax department at Big 4 or national accounting firm
  • Experience with federal partnership tax filings and state/local partnership reporting
  • Alternative investment fund experience a plus
  • Experience with partnership tiering software used by any of the Big 4
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment
