Responsibilities

 

  • Team up with hiring managers to understand position obligations and expand recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle full cycle recruiting process including finding, screening, selecting, interviewing, reference and background checks, and offer.
  • Constantly research sourcing approaches (job boards, networking opportunities, etc.) to successfully balance direct, referral, and agency hires.
  • Cultivate proactive sourcing strategy to locate and connect with passive candidates through distinctive sourcing techniques
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers
  • Develop and execute on our Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategy; partnering with employees to educate diversity candidates on careers in financial services by way of career boards, networking, and other creative sources.
  • Act as liaison between management and agencies, universities, and other related personnel and organizations
  • Provide managers insight on market conditions and candidate availability.
  • Coach interviewers on interviewing techniques as needed.
  • Manage hiring cycle for coop employees with partner universities.
  • Prepare and distribute a variety of headcount reporting.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in financial services industry is preferred
  • Capacity to successfully use and leverage an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Jobvite
  • Experience running high volume, from different locations and different types of roles
  • Excellent client management skills, focused on setting expectations and communicating successes and barriers throughout the hiring process
  • Experience leveraging job boards and social networking resource
