Senior Product Support Specialist

Responsibilities

 

  • Document Product Master standards, guidelines, governance, and processes to ensure Product Master data are consistent, available, reliable, and accurate
  • Collaborate with system owners and subject matter experts across Products, IT, Finance and other functional areas to document processes, data strategies, standards, guidelines, and governance to ensure ongoing maintenance and integrity of Product Master
  • Conduct routine audits and data cleansing activities
  • Compile and prioritize data change requests
  • Execute Product Master improvements as needed under the direction of the Manager, Product Master

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management, business administration, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with large data sets, with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems
  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle
  • Ability to design and configure dimensional databases to meet business needs
  • Solid understanding of application, configuration and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication
  • Experience in data cleansing, archiving, and other data management methods to improve database performance
  • Experience creating data workflows and process flow diagrams, business or technical requirements documents, and product support documents.
  • Agile / Scrum Experience
