Senior Manager – Payments and Expense Accounting

We are representing a leading retail/eCommerce brand that is looking to add a Senior Manager to their ever-growing team.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Will work closely with the AP Manager in helping to scale daily processes
  • Will receive large daily invoice batches from the AP team and review/sign off to ensure proper coding
  • Ensure compliance with use tax rules in various states
  • Oversee all areas of Travel and Expense management
  • Oversee corporate credit card programs
  • Oversee all automation initiatives and ERP enhancements

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Min 8+ years of experience with a preference for overseeing AP
  • Preference for ecommerce or retail experience
  • Experience with Concur a plus
