Senior Manager of FP&A

Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare financial analysis and presentation of monthly financial results for the executive leadership team
  • Drive the periodic forecasting and annual planning process for PPL, including preparation of executive level presentation to Corporate leaders and the Board
  • Lead, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing group of finance team members
  • Preparation of financial analysis and modeling on revenue and functional costs that provide greater insight into drivers of the business
  • Establish trust with business partners across the company and build strong relationships while gaining a deep understanding of relevant drivers
  • Lead the pricing analysis and discussions related to pricing of new projects and rebids of existing projects and creation of executive level presentations
  • Perform financial analysis on potential acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships
  • Understand and highlight key performance indicators and drive ad hoc analyses to provide actionable insights to the executive team.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent master’s degree in a Quantitative field is highly preferred
  • Prior FP&A experience in a fast-paced, large organization
  • CPA, a plus
  • Super user of Excel, MS Access and high degree of comfort dealing with large quantity of data
  • Prior experience with pricing of contracts and requests for proposals
