Senior Manager Enterprise Trade and Sales Systems

Responsibilities

 

  • Create and oversee corporate trade system strategic roadmap
  • Run architectural and technical design reviews associated with the development taking place in the
  • Offer business partners system expertise and process knowledge across enterprise trade service platform.
  • Responsible for the layout, distribution, and supervision of the Sales Trade Promotion Management end-to-end service, which consist of liaison between the business, vendors, infrastructure and foundational IT teams.
  • Liable for service quality and escalates problems or prospects accordingly.
  • In Charge of the technical readiness of the e4 system during specified business hours while also guaranteeing off hour assistance, batch processing and nightly system updates.
  • Oversee and/or manage multiple fast-paced projects dealing with business integration, system initialization, master data setup and integration, and support optimization.
  • Leads investment gate reviews for service improvements to ensure the change will not disrupt the service or its support
  • Represents the service in decision meetings, presenting issues, recommendations and/or risks and issues.
  • Lead and manage Information Technology Enterprise Trade Team.
  • Manages members of the e4 technical support team, focused on Infrastructure, Break/Fix and enhancement design, and testing across all components of the application.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, accounting, or closely related discipline. Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in Sales Trade Promotion Management experience
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in IT service delivery, or IT application management and direct business engagement
  • Knowledge in sales trade planning and execution processes preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Accenture CAS preferred
