Senior Fund Accountant

  • Review quarterly workpaper packages, waterfalls, financial statements and capital account statements prepared by the Fund Administrator for multiple Fund entities
  • Monitor and track the Funds’ cash activity on a weekly basis
  • Interact with the Fund Admin, auditors and tax preparers as needed
  • Review tax workpaper packages, Schedule K-1s, and other tax filings received from the tax preparers
  • Reconcile interfund payables/receivables and payment processing
  • Review and allocate expense invoices and assist with accounts payable processing
  • Interact with the Management Company accounting group
  • Liaise with Investor Relations team to address limited partner inquiries
  • Work with the Portfolio Management team on IRRs and other reporting




  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
  • Two to Four years of Private Equity Accounting experience
  • Big Four Public accounting experience preferred
  • CPA or CPA track
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
