Compensation: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 + bonus
Location: Bucks County, PA – Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst include:
- Lead financial analysis and due diligence processes to support strategic decision-making and business planning, with a focus on M&A activities.
- Manage cost accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting, leveraging pivot tables and data exports for insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4 HANA, to streamline financial operations.
- Support ongoing construction projects for new international plant facilities, providing financial insights and analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management, contributing to informed decision-making.
Qualifications of the Senior Financial Analyst include:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in pivot tables, data exports, and ERP systems; SAP experience, especially with S/4 HANA, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive change, with a motivated and hard-working attitude.
- Global experience and exposure to M&A activities are beneficial.
