Senior Financial Analyst

  • Aid in handling the monthly international financial merging procedure and examine consolidated financial statements, including assessment of results and resolutions of disparities and/or inquiries.
  • Perform quarterly analytical review of consolidated results, including streamlining data collection. Work closely with local finance personnel and external auditors on key drivers of financial fluctuations.
  • Work closely with local and divisional finance personnel to implement more efficient and effective processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual disclosures for the 10-Q and 10-K
  • Assist with the performance of Sarbanes-Oxley controls related to Financial Accounting Close and Quarterly Reporting processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of sections of Audit Committee communications and supporting other quarterly reporting activities.
  • Assist with the completion of ad-hoc requests made by senior management.
  • Self and staff development, through internal/external training, performance evaluations, etc.




  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • CPA certification ideal and presentation of progress to achieving a CPA certification necessary.
  • Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, creativity and flexibility.
  • 2-3 years of business experience with mixture of public accounting (Big 4) and industry experience (public company) favored.
  • Public entity reporting requirements knowledge preferred.
  • Robust technology skills, including PC and Web-based applications and working knowledge/comprehension of business finance system platforms (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, etc.).
