Senior Coordinator, Customer Care

  • Review California Consumer Privacy Act requests that are submitted with the One Trust Tool.
  • Evaluate & determine eligibility based on the rules outline by Privacy & Legal.
  • Follow up with customers, via email, if information is missing to confirm eligibility.
  • Review documents that the customer is required to provide to confirm eligibility.
  • Ensure cases are submitted properly so that it routes to the right IT department.
  • Communicate findings, via email, back to the consumer within the SLAs.




  • College degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years customer service experience
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently utilize a workflow tool.
