Senior Client Finance Manager

  • Manages client revenue/budgets and client profitability
  • Analytical review of revenue and employee utilization
  • Assists in prioritizing assignments through daily and weekly updates to discuss progress, status, accuracy and deliverables
  • Interface with client groups to assure accuracy and completeness of client data, reporting, and contract compliance
  • Anticipates and rapidly responds to assigned special projects
  • Aggressively pursues new ways to enhance overall agency profitability
  • Development of client staffing plans in conjunction with account and project management.
  • Review monthly revenue and prepare revenue accruals based on business process.
  • Maintain client contractual rate cards
  • Monitor employee utilization and ensure time recording is current.
  • Validate and activate projects within the financial system to ensure proper allocation of revenue by client/discipline/activity
  • Create and improve reports which collect, summarize and analyze account information inclusive of Contribution Margin and Labor






  • Must be an industry leader with 5+ years of experience of client financial analysis within an advertising agency
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships (Excellent communication skills, both written and oral)
  • Strong problem solving skills, and detail-oriented
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
